What in the world is this?

I do not remember planting this thing but it is in my newest flowerbed where I started from scratch

My first thought looking at the leaves in the first picture is an Olive of some type, but never having grown one I am not sure.
Can you get a picture of the whole plant to show where that clumped part is?

The leaves in the first photo remind me of the Honeysuckle Shrub(Lonicera involucrata). The second photo has me stumped though.

If it is a bush Honeysuckle...
do the birdies leave them as presents?

I only have one bush honeysuckle and it is red is growing out by the fence in the front yard and it's leaves look alot more "stubby"

How interesting! Pretty sure we can rule our honeysuckle of any kind and Olive trees too.
I have no idea what it is but waiting to see what happens involving that clump on the top is exciting Shocked Wonder if it will burst into bloom at some point. You might take a photo to a local nursery to see if anyone their has ever seen one like it.

Birdies 'plant' things for me all the time and the squirrels work right along beside them. I have oak tree saplings come up all the time and the closest oak tree is several blocks away from me. I have three Ligustrum in the back yard thanks to the birds.
