I have tried to get this photo identified and the best I can come up with is a Southern Cloudywing, but I am not convinced. there seems to be too much white on the wings. Maybe it is a regional variation as I can come up with nothing else. It was seen near the coast south of Tallahassee,FL Any thoughts? Butterfly to be indentified. Check out this pic on Bugguide.net. This looks like what you have here. http://bugguide.net/node/view/65302. Hawaiian Beet Webworm Moth -- Spoladea recurvalis. Says they are being seen in Fl. I just found bugguide.net a couple weeks ago and love it.
