I have used this recipe for over twenty years and it is still a favorite with my adult children.
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 box of instant banana cream pudding and pie filling
3 or 4 bananas-mash with a fork
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of water
4 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts

Mix all ingredients by hand until thoroughly moist. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Great with cream cheese spread!

That sounds delish! Going to add the ingredients to my shopping list. Think I will make it for our next pot luck dinner at the clubhouse! I know it will go over well. Makes me hungry for some right now!

I did use your recipe just last week at our potluck and it went over so well...that all that was left was a few crumbs.

This sounds like banana nut bread with a flourish. Wish I was off today -- I'd make some right now.

Cake Mix Doctor.... I've never heard of that before Deanna... should I check it out?
