Hi All,
I have recently engage a Interior Designer
and the cost is around 30K for my 5Rm flat.
And he actually took care of the whole project.
But is the price okay???

I'd say the price you paid for re-doing your whole flat is very reasonable Vampire. As long as he did a great job then I think the outlay was worth it.

Yeah I think so too, that guy really did a very good job I would say. He even assisted me in chosing the lights and stuff...

I am trying to understand what does it mean that for 30k he took care of everything . Because in some cases 30k can easily be the fees of the designer and in other cases it could include the cost of the whole makeover . It all depends how much of a project you had . Sometimes it would involve taking apart the whole place , walls, plumbing etc , in other cases it could be just a paint job , changing the ceramics etc . So to give you a educated answer you will have to be a bit more explicit .
