Now that is just plain sick. Do you get along with that neighbor, or does he have some sort of vendeta going? Thank goodness little Scooter wasn't sick.

I'm with Eileen, I really hope you do tell him how not funny that was. Especially considering you were worried about the well-being of your dog as a result. Just imagine if he'd done that to a less kind hearted person, he might have the police at his door.
I am still trying to think of the perfect payback....nothing as gross as his ...but something funny maybe...or maybe he will end up throwing something worse in my yard....maybe just avoiding him will be the best thing to do.
