I'm new to gardening. This spring I planted the following:
Lupines, Coleus, Fuschia, Four O' Clocks, Melampodium, and others... But I planted many of these way too close together!  The Lupines started getting claustrophobic and having problems, and some of the Coleus was downright suffocated by itself. 
So I transplanted some of the following to make more space: Lupines, Coleus, Four O' Clocks.
Are they going to be okay? It's June, so everything is in its prime growing season. The Four O' Clocks haven't bloomed yet, they just have one big long root, and they're already falling over. The leaves on the Lupine are all droopy. The Coleus... well, I think the Coleus will be fine.
Does anyone have any tips for how to ensure that these moved-plants will be okay?

I did not see a zone or where you live. In Louisiana it is not a good idea this time of the year, although I was forced to move some this morning. Make sure they are mulched good and keep them well watered, but not drowned. Just make sure the soil has a constant, but not soggy water content. It may take them a few days to bounce back, but they should be fine.

I live in Philadelphia... zone 6 I think?
My main worry is the Four O' Clocks... I moved them from a pot to a raised flowerbed, and planted them bare-root. They're falling over

KiloWatts hello and welcome!! It's nice to have you on board!! Eileen is right we all love to welcome everyone!! And we really are a little insane! Especially be on the lookout for our local gnome!!LOL!
About your transplants! I have transplanted 4'oclocks too around this time of year, and I would suggest to you the same that Cajunbelle did. Mine looked real bad for about a week and than they finally perked up and I have had 4'oclocks come back there every year. I really like them!! I never transplanted any of the other plants you named.

I just got a digital camera that's arriving in the mail next week, so I'll (finally) have the ability to post peektures of my flowers
