Do you use Google? My son made it possible for people to add images from our Nature site to their Google page. You can use it in all languages, look at this one.IGoogle

I reckon it is a gadget, We change the images every so often, when we remember, but with a weekly image on the Inn and the free monthly news letter that we put out and new topics in the site, we are kept busy.
