I haven't done so much with the bears this year. Only put some by the little bear tree. I think three have made it under the big tree. I have collected bears for about 25 years but when we moved to Texas I gave about half of them to the police and fire departments for use at accident scenes. I gave some to the thrift stores. I kept the collector bears and the bears made by myself and other family members. I figure I have about two hundred left. Last year we didn't have much unpacked so I put all of them in this room with the little bear tree. I hope you enjoy your bears as much as I have. They do "talk" to you when they want to come out and play. dooley

ooh they are soo cute! I like bears at Christmas - I have only 6, but that's enough. All but one have sweaters... I have to find one for bear #6 -- he looks nekkid and cold. He has a hat on though.

Gail your bear collection is so cute. Do you make them, dress them or just collect them as they are?

Most of my bears are Boyds Bears and they come dressed. I don't actively collect them anymore... unless I see a really cute one that I just have to have!

Thanks for all you comments, I am hoping for grandchildren one day so they can enjoy them!

That's a remarkable collection of little bears. I can see why you like them and just know that your grandchildren will too, once they arrive.

Nice bears! Very Happy I like bears too, but don't make displays at Christmas. My girls however do that in their rooms, and I like it. I might start with bear displays once the girls have left home. Laughing
