I found these in an Antiques/Old Stuff mini-mall so the prices weren't as good as things from our favorite thrift store.

This one was made this way, even comes with a built-in bend Wink I plant on embedding it into a small cement circle to keep it from falling over and from 'walking away' Will plant a vine in it but not sure what yet, maybe some Alyssum.

I had seen this piece at the mini-mall a while ago and just kept putting off buying. It was still there on Saturday and as luck would have it we were in the car and wouldn't fit, so we paid for it and went back up Sunday in Randy's pickup to get it.
I see it out front with a dark purple Clematis growing on it.

Nice finds! Very Happy But if you plant in that tea pot, what will you serve me from when I drop in to see you? Wink

I love the railing, and I'm certain the clematis will too.

I have been wanting some of those railings, but haven't been lucky enough to find any yet, love the teapot planter, very unique junk that piece is.

I made a stop at a new resale shop over the weekend in the hopes of finding some "junque"... but the only thing I liked wasn't for sale! Go figure!

The best cabinets and shelves are rarely for sale Rolling Eyes If they were the walls of every room of my house would be lined with them. I love the rustic ones made from old barn wood.

We just finished tearing down my dad's old workshop. I told my brother to save all the old wood. Sadly, it was too infested with termites. So... there went my plans for all that cool rustic wood.

I sure like that planter tea pot.I have three of the porch rails from my Aunts old porch.I want to make and archway for my Mandevilla to run on.I have an old barn half board and half log.I want all of it .I want it tore down and I want shelves made and those old logs would make great flower beds I think.

That's a nice-looking teapot on a pole.
You mentioned planting Alyssum in it, but what about a "hanging Lobelia"? I mean the type of lobelia that grows long and hangs down. They come in many colours.

You scored this trip, didn't you, Toni?
