Hello to everyone,
I found this forum a few days ago and registered and hope to find some tips and advice and maybe for me to share some opinions about everything to do with home and garden, gardening, decorating or adding accents.
Unfortunately Houston had the longest and coldest winter in over 20 years and many of the plants in my garden got really hurt. Crying or Very sad
Now I have to wait and see what maybe will come back and what I might have to replace. So I probably won't have many pictures from my this year's nice garden to post but I will try to post some nice ones from previews years since I do not redesign my garden every year on new anyway.

Welcome from Maryland. I spent a fair amount of time in Houston a number of years ago -- very fond memories of a lot of REALLY great food! Hope your garden recovers from the cold winter.

Hi PJK, welcome to GardenStew from north Texas. The ice and snow didn't seem to affect most of my plants that I can tell so far. There is a lot of green starting to show up. Hope your plants come back with no problems.
