The spring bulbs have taken their time this year due to the adverse weather but now that they have, what a joy!! Here are just a few of them flowering in my garden.

Isn't spring just the best?!! It's great to see all your crocus and iris flowering Pat. Even ours are showing face after all that snow. Mr. Green

How sweet. They look so delicate but look what they've come through over the winter! Nothing blooming in my garden yet... soon enough.

They look truly magnificent, G'girl...I just can't stop gazing at them.
I really do appreciate seeing these.
BTW--are those bluish-purple irises Persian ones?

Sorry Sjoerd planted them a few years ago, can't remember the variety.

I'm glad you all enjoyed them, makes you feel good doesn't it Smile

Oh, So very pretty! I certainly enjoyed your "spring display"
I am STILL patiently waiting for my first spring flowers... I have a little bit of Daffodil and Crocus greens just starting to poke through the cold, damp ground. We have had so little sunshine here, when it does return I'm sure everything will really green up rapidly. Stew Face 2

Oh, oh, oh, you've got the same crocuses that I've got! Very Happy I haven't got those lovely, blue irises, but I do have their cousins, I'm certain. Stew Face 2 Heavens how I long for my crocuses and irises to start blooming! I miss them more than the snowdrops, since snodrops are... well... you know, white.

Poor Droopy.... a bright spot surrounded by white, white and more white. We just have brown and brownish here so far, a few smidgeons of green poking up here and there, but at least the white is gone. Every now and then I come across a little left over pile and I shudder!
