Question about my Acidanthera

    Well, the package says Acidanthera Murielae. Its a white bloom. Well mine are about to bloom but the buds are very droopy.

    Is it suppose to droop like that?

    Maybe there's hope for mine, I planted them late last year, they came back really good this year, multiplied like crazy, but no blooms yet. I am hoping. Please post a pic when they bloom.

    Mine are standing upright.Since Pinkie Ided mine I now know what you are talking about.

    Have you ever heard them called "Peacock" or something like that? I had some as a free gift once but never got around to planting them. They are really pretty! You must be excited to have them about to bloom! Aren't the bulbs real tiny?

    No not so tiny. About about the size of a small glad, I would say. And yes Peacock is another name for them.

    My bulbs were tiny .
