Laughing I was watering my garden this morning and happened to notice some things in the back of the yard. I mean the wayyyyyyyy back. It stays wet back there so we cant mow. And Ive never been back there to look around. Well, I went on a safari to see what I could find. I found lots of stuff! Im going to transplant some naives!! Ill take more pics of ID if you dont mind. I would love to know what these are.

This the only a small part of the back area. Can you see the Prince Poin wannabes growing?? Theres five in just this pic alone!!

Can someone ID this? It has the tinyiest little white star shaped flowers. So pretty

And this one has tiny pink flowers and the stems are pink. Theres tons of these out there and they stay low to the ground and grow in clusters.

My battery for the camera died so I have to wait to take more pics of the teasures growing out there!

Yesterday, I found what looks like the same plant as the one with the white stars but the one I dug up and trandplanted, has a deep purpleish blue star. The plant looks just the same tho.

Oh no, I know that one.

These grow along the ground. Maybe 2-3inches tall.It looks like little joints about every 4 -5 inches. At these "joints" it sprouts roots and it grows like wildfire. This plant is in everything. Im having to do constant battle with the blue and the white one. But this is the first time Ive seen the white one in bloom.

The bottom pic is a weed, Euphorbia supina (Prostrate Spurge). It invaded my foundation plantings. But it's easy to pull and control.

Edited to add link.

The other is a weed also, I am constantly pulling them out of my beds. I don't know the name though.

Please be careful back there, with the drought, snakes are going to be where's there is water. Be on the lookout. All of our places that use to hold water have dried up with large cracks in the ground.
