Delicate Pale Purple Flowers with Cannabis-like leaves

    I remember these growing around the house with the Day Lilies when I was young, but haven't seen any in years. These are popping up again. Honestly, at first, I thought they were Marijuana plants! :-o
    The biggest one is just over a foot tall. The flowers are almost white.
    Are these just weeds or a Texas Wildflower?

    Ahh, yes the Spider Flower! I have to smile when I see them, I once planted Cleome seeds in a very fertile garden and I had about a billion of them! :) They kept re-seeding and were really taking over! They are pretty though, and those leaves do resemble cannabis...(which grows around here wild)

    I'll have to start giving these some more attention... that way maybe they'll look at good as the one's here on the Stew!
