The leaves on this shrub are very similar to pine needles-except they are softer-like a leaf.

Does anyone know what type of plant this is?

It looks like a lavender or rosemary plant. Are the leaves scented when you brush over them??

No, there is no scent :'(

The leaves are longer then a typical rosemary or lavender plant. About twice the size.
The size of this plant reminds me of a hydrangea. It appeared as if last years old dead growth had been pruned back & what we see now is this years new growth (like a hydrangea)...does that make sense?? :-?

Hello, did you ever figure out what plant this is? I have a customer inquiring about the same plant I believe. Does it look like this?
