Bush with large white flowers

    The flower looks like Althea, rose of sharon, which is in the hibiscus family... but my leaves are notched...those leaves look smooth.

    The foliage looks like a Chinese hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa sinensis) However, they are considered to be a tropical \ subtropical plant. It would help to know your location, Poppy. Maybe you could take a minute and update your profile to add location information. ;)
