A question about growing Fuchsia Hybrida in the ground

I am looking for a flower that can grow in complete shade with moist soil. I was wondering if the Hybrid Fuchsia is only ment to be in pots or hanging baskets? Would I be able to grow this in the ground or does it need to be in something?

I really like this plant it is so pretty and I want to be able to have pretty flowers growing but I am not sure what would work there.
