Moved here a couple of months ago. These are spread about what the previous owner planted... roses, bleeding hearts (turks cap), lily of the nile, four o'clocks & begonias.

I wondered about that earlier and yes I think it is. Great to know it's very hardy!
    Thank you! :stew1:

Tiger lillies I believe, different heights. Some are tall and a few types are shorter, Beautiful flowers, seeds will be along the stem at the base of the leaves.

If they're tiger lillies then I'll be planting some mexican petunias! Either way, I'm happy with whatever it is. :stew2:

My mexican petunias although similar leaf shape did not grow that tall and were more clustered. Might be either one though. Wait till they bloom and see, I guess. I have been trying to get tiger lillies to grow here for a while. Guess they don`t like the country. Daughter lived in town and hers were beautiful.

That may have been what I had. They were pretty though. I haven`t had too much time for flowers this year.

Yep, that's the color my Mexican Petunias are. They come in white, pink and purple.

I have grown this plant in my pond. They are not fussy at all, and can grow in all kinds of conditions.
