|
I am still basking in the memories of our family's best weekend ever. The marriage of our daughter Kindra to our new son-in-law Dr. James Bradshaw. When life settles back to normal, I will do a blog. The weather was perfect. The ceremony, cocktails, dinner and dancing were all held in the gardens of the Cator Woolford Gardens in Atlanta.

I am in the green dress with the flowers & a big smile . This is the only picture of me on my camera. I am excited to see the photographers photos to see what I missed...it all went too fast. It was a magical weekend from start to finish

Oh my Gail everything looks so lovely!! A beautiful setting for a beautiful bride on her special day. I'm so glad there were no hitches and everything went to plan. You have two lovely daughters and Dad and James ain't bad either. I think the best thing of all though is that wonderful smile of yours which sums the whole thing up - perfect!!

Kindra is so fortunate to have such a lovely wedding that her great family planned to start her off on her new life. Simply lovely, every bit of it, especially that smiling lady in the green-flowered dress.
Thank you for sharing such a special day with all of us.

My goodness Gail--the flowers, the petalled walkway, the smiling participants and families all looked so nice. It was easy to see that you were not only proud, but also just plain happy.
I have to say that I was partial to the groom's cake. Gosh, I could almost taste it!
Looking forward to your blog with more pictures of this happy event.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I still find myself daydreaming about the weekend. It truly was perfect. The next day the weather was cooler & windy, we were very fortunate with the weather. I was so happy that my Mom who is 85 was able to be there...she was so proud. Sjoerd...there was not a drop of the Groom's cake left...a lot of chocolate lovers.

Everyone one and everything looks absolutely gorgeous. I love the fall colors too.
What kind of Doctor is the groom? I noticed the symbol for the atom on the grooms cake so he probably isn't your typical MD is he?
Now you can spend the rest of the fall recuperating from the last year or more of planning. Feet propped up, cup of your favorite brew in hand and all those photos to look thru.

Thank you...it was all we hoped it to be & more. James has a Doctorate in Chemical Physics and he works for the Y-12 National Labs here in Oak Ridge, TN so my daughter will be living here in the Knoxville area when she returns their honeymoon.

Congratulations on your daughter's perfect wedding. You all look lovely, and I think the bride's glowing. I'm so pleased for you all. I would have loved to study all the decor up close, and would especially liked to give the buffet and cakes a thorough check.
