...Flower beds that is! (I still hate making my "sleeping bed" Laughing
I took advantage of a couple nice days lately and made 2 more flower beds.
This one is where I plan on putting nothing but lilies! And that's the new apple tree in the big container. I placed the stepping stones so I wouldn't forget that they will be needed once the tree needs attention.

And this one around the light pole is where I plan on putting the "butterfly" plants.

For the border, I used some old concrete chunks that used to be the floor in my dad's old workshop. There's lots of it left, so I'm sure I'll be using more for borders.

Cheryl, come summer with all your blooms, new trees, and butterflies, you will have to install a traffic light in front of your house to keep the gawkers moving!
Great idea to use the concrete chunks as edging. You can also build a "rip-rap" wall with concrete pieces--looks rustic and is a great way to raise a bed slightly. I made a two-chunk high wall at our previous house for a mixed shrub/flower bed.
Just what you needed--another idea!

Jane... I live at the end of the road... so there's no traffic.
It's funny that you mention using the concrete junks as a wall. Right now, my brother has them surrounding a big old pile of branches, etc that he's going to burn.
While I was "stealing" these, I was thinking of where I could use more of them! A raised bed was one of my thoughts. I do like the rustic look of it.
