If my Laitrais bulbs and Glads come up in the house in pots will they be ok to plant otside Or should I plant them outside?

Margie, if your bulbs come up in pots, leave them there until they have bloomed and the foliage has died back, turned yellow. Then you can plant the bulbs outside.
I'm no bulb expert, but I looked this up in one of my gardening books.

Hello everyone! Maybe I ask my question wrong, What I ment was can I start my bulbs in the house and then take them out, Where I can get an early start, I'm sorry I ask it wrong I think. Thank you for all your answers though.

You will have to move the pots outside when there is no more chance of freezing, both Liatris and Glads require 6+ hours of full sun and can't get enough sunlight and warmth if kept in the house.
But as MarlinGardener said they should be left in the pots for the first year then they can be transplanted to the ground if you like. Or in your area, leave them in the pots and bring them back inside before the first freeze next fall.
