A nice rainy night deserves a pot of Red Beans with Rice and cornbread waffles. Only way it would have been better is if the temps had been in the 50's or 60's.

Well, I just put chicken leg quarters in my Nesco roaster. I was wondering what to do with them when they were cooked. I might make some biscuits. I put all the squash in the freezer this morning so we won't have squash today. Oh, there is left over macaroni salad. Okay, solution arrived at. This site lets me talk to myself and of course to other people at the same time. Dooley
