They look like Chionodoxa luciliae or Glory of the Snow. Lovely bulbs that are one of the first things to bloom in the spring.

What a beautiful planting. I've never been lucky enough to get them to reproduce to form just a nice bed of blooms. Certainly a great photo to share. Thanks
