I got this old tub for helping a friend's mom move a few years ago. Kept a variety of plants in it, but now... it's my Lil' Strawberry Patch! What a good looking strawberry patch. I still don't have any ready to eat, wouldn't be surprised to find one of the birds happily munching on them when my back is turned.
This looks like a 5 star location for a strawberry patch. You will probably get 5 star strawberries. Hopefully no 5 star birds. Jerry

Thanks Toni. We found that little pot in the "trash pile" back in the pasture a couple of years ago. The bottom was busted out, so I just placed it on top of another planter. Got a couple of berries out of it. And now that it's sitting on that tub, maybe it'll produce better. If not, like you said, still cute. And oh yeah... I ate that berry. YUMMY! :-D
