I feel bad for the dad too. I don't know much about eagle "emotions" but they sure do demonstrate a loyalty instinct so you would have to imagine he's reacting to the disappearance of his mate and babies. Poor guy. I wonder what he will do?

Seeing how big the babies are, I understood how hard it would have been for one parent to keep all three fed.
