This is the first time I have seen a Bougainvillea, are those bracts? Lovely Magnolia.

Susie... love that M.grandi. Have wanted one for ages. Some say it won't make it here, but I've seen large trees here and there.
And... they are either too expensive for my pocket or just can't find them!
