I love Tapioca Pudding! Beacuse I was raised in a really poor household, it was a treat for us kids very few and far between. Its something I still serve today as a special treat in my house. Make it more special I think.

Oh yum - tapioca is my favorite, especially made with extra vanilla and topped with whipped cream. The bigger the tapioca pearls the better.

Around here folks are taking to 'bubble tea' - a sweetened tea and milk concoction with a scoop of huge tapioca pearls (like fat blueberries) in it for the 'bubbles.' You slurp the pearls up an extra-fat straw and chew them while drinking it. It's very filling and tasty. Sometimes they make it with chunks of coconut jelly or custard instead of the pearls, but I like it pearly.
