I was watching Rachael Ray on Food Network yesterday, and just had to try her recipes from the show. We loved it, and was so easy. Garden fresh vegetables from the farmer's market this morning helped out too!

Dang, that's a lot of ingredients. Is there a cliff notes version of that sucker? I want to try it out though, so I'll see how many of those ingredients I can scrounge up Smile
