Finally, it flowered  I was beginning to think that this thing was never going to do anything! I even forgot what the flower color was 
Now. if it would just grow some side branches

The bloom's lovely. I've grown those but actually managed to kill them.

I've seen these plants for sale but never seen one in flower before. So pleased that yours decided to bloom for you as we get to see it too.

It will eventually branch, I have never found it to be a problem. I'm glad it flowered, they are quite enjoyable.

I thought maybe I was killing this one because of no flowers and how it's growing like a palm tree, but I guess it's happier then I thought. I'm still trying to figure out if it's one flower or two, they seem to be stuck together

There is another smaller one I bought at the same time, again, not sure of the color but now I know there is hope for that one to bloom too someday

Sure is an eye catcher! And not just that gorgeous flower... but the plant itself. So "stately" looking!
Happy that you finally got to see it flower.

I have no idea how tall this will get, but I "think" the smaller one that hasn't bloomed yet has some orange in it Hopefully it will also do as well

I have a red one in my office. I'll get a picture to show you. This thing blooms forever!!! I think you will love it! I'd love to see an orange one, red is the only color I've seen. Mine isn't very big, here it is strictly a houseplant! I think Glenda had a picture of hers outside and it looked quite tall. I guess everything is bigger in Texas

Hey stratsmom,
I'd love to see a picture of your red one! I'll bet that's really pretty
I have an indoor pale yellow (euphorbia milii) The flowers are smaller then the Thai version, but still nice to look at and they flower almost constantly which is always a plus

Hi all, I have this red euphorbia milli growing like a weed in my garden here in Aus.It drops seeds and they grow quickly...but they come up pink...everywhere never get a mother look alike.

WOW! Your garden is so nice and full and your E. milii plants look fantastic, pink or red
I wish we could grow them here outdoors all year long like that!
I have yet to see any seeds. Wonder what color the flowers would be from a yellow flowering plant?

Thankyou BW, sometimes there is a creamy coloured one but mainly pink from red and everywhere, the pink seeds come up pink too.
The plant in the photo[red one] is more than 4ft high and flowers all year, they are very long lasting.I have to tie it up it becomes very heavy, it grows so well here that some people use it for hedging.It is prickly andd some times it is a good deterrent.

I thought the red one looked pretty tall in the photo, a real beauty you have! Yeah, these plants as a hedge would definitely make a pretty good deterrent 
Ok, now I must find me a red one, you can't have too many, lol.
