1 mashed potato (I rice my potato) no skin.
2 C.(250ml)warm liquid-potato water and milk (any ratio works)
2 1/2 t.(12ml) yeast
1/3 c.(80ml) honey
1 T.(15ml) oil or butter
1 1/2 t.(7ml) salt
1 egg
6 -6 1/2 c. bread flour
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Add 5 cups of flour and mix. I use my stand mixer to do this. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Add the last of the flour until you have a nice dough. This will be a fairly soft dough, but it should not be a sticky dough, if it is, add flour by the tablespoon until it is a nice soft dough. let rise until double. divide and place in greased bread pans and let rise again until double. Bake at 350* for 22-25 min. remove from pans and let cool.

I modified this recipe until I liked it. I hope you like it as much as we do.
