I bought these two lovely roses this spring for my birthday. Rosa Boo-boo 1 is allegedly rosa Summer Snow climbing, which obviously it is not. I love the color, I just hope it will be a climber or rambler. Any ideas on its real ID ?

Rosa Boo-boo 2 is allegedly Rosa America, which it could be a darker color variation perhaps or another rose altogether ?

I wasnt sure whether to put this in the plant ID, since I already know they are roses, and this is the section for roses.

The last few years I have been treating myself to new rose bushes for Christmas and my birthday each spring. :) They are non fattening, and last a long time.

Your roses are very pretty. I have no idea what they might be since I don't grow roses. Our climate is all wrong for them, bar the really old ones that can take both rain and wind and still look good. :D

I think your treat-yourself-plan is wonderful. I usually ask for books and practical garden or stable items for my birthday and Christmas. Since people are going to spend money on me they might as well spend it on something useful, right? :D

Hmm. Something weird to me, but rosa boo-boo #2 is now a salmon pink rose, and not the deeper color that its first bloom was. I have no idea, but apparently it is an America rose as it is supposed to be. The first bloom was a much deeper shade of pink, so I have no idea on that. I like it whatever kind it is.
