This is my veg garden such as it is. Hard to see all but I do have tomatos, eggplant, peppers, basil, chives, jerusalem artichokes (sunchokes),two kinds of bird millet (they love this) rosemary, tarragon, lemon verbena, lemongrass, Many salvias, pentas, butterfly weed (annual)

zinnias, miniature rose,cosmos,lantanas,lavender,

cleome etc. The red glider is where we sit all the time and butterfly watch. That is the dreaded kudzu on the one side. We try to "manage it".
This is one of the newer gaillardias.

My god. I'd love to go snoop around in your place! You really are an over achiever aren't you? I'm green with envy.

Awesome garden Bethie, did you grow the millet from seed. I can't find a source for the purple millet seed anywhere, only the plants.

Wonderful garden - I love all the variety, and it's so neat. Mine is all jumbled together, I never manage to keep good rows, always tucking plants into every little slot.

The seeds are available at Park for the excessive price of 4.95 for 15 seeds and that's not including postage! That's where I got mine. Now I seed save and will have some to give. I have some from last year in the freezer. I keep all my seeds in the freezer, it keeps them viable for years. I'm seed saving from the annual butterfly weed right now. It's a big improvement from the perennial as it stays in bloom all summer. It is a butterfly magnet. Were you wanting the millet for now or spring? That burgundy is a beautiful sight and I am happy to share it. Cool
