Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -2°C (eww, I haven't posted a minus temperature since April I think!!) and overcast.
We are all heading to the big city today for an appointment and making a day of it at "The Mall"! Nothing like shopping with 2 teenagers and a 6 year old!
Have a great day all Smile

Good morning all. Sunny today and going into the 70's by late afternoon, really nice gardening weather. I don't have to rush out by 7 to get in a couple of hours of gardening before the heat makes me sick, nice enough I can go in and out all day long.

Oh, Netty, I wouldn't trade places with you for a million dollars. One of my daughters just lived to go to the mall and buy clothes, the other one replaces a t-shirt when it's thread bare and calls that her clothes shopping for the year Rolling Eyes

Cool and crisp. Supposed to continue getting chillier through the weekend, I believe. I've got a little spot on my porch that needs to be painted. I may have waited too long but I think I'll paint it Saturday regardless of the temp. What's the worst that could happen, I wonder?

Good morning all.

Worked in the yard quite a while yesterday, got the north bed cleaned up, Asters moved to a sunnier spot, a few of the 49 Dutch Master Daff bulbs in the ground and the rest of the Dutch Iris 'Blue Ribbon'

Pretty much more of the same today. I need to get an Abelia and two Artemisia to move from back to front.

Am buried in the work world and surviving... Smile...barely. Love a full world and can't complain...too much...Weather--rain...still no hard frost. Harvested the last of the Hooker's corn for drying for seed. Life is good.

Oh what funny weather. Cold wind and rain yesterday. Now tomorrow is supposed to be 58 (F) and 65 (F) on Sunday. I absolutely MUST get things in order outside this weekend as the rest of the month is booked on weekends.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently just 4°C but sunny and a high of 14°C expected today. I will definitely take advantage of the mild weather and get the yard work finished up.
Have a great day all Smile

The rain clouds so dark and heavy that the street lights game on. Stormy day, so will stay inside for the most part, stoke the fire and make some spaghetti. Great day for relaxing Razz and taking a nice long nap. Can't believe we still have not had a hard frost.

Good morning all. Randy and I are sitting in a hotel room this weekend watching all sorts of cable programs, we don't have cable at home so this is a once a month treat for us.

I have a gardening magazine, seed catalog, pad of paper and pencil to make plans for next year. Also brought some knitting and a book. Just a nice lazy weekend.
And Randy brought his laptop so we can surf the web once in a while.
