Biscombe I have some Black Pearl Pepper seeds (Hot) and some sweet Banana Pepper seed a few mild Jalapeno
seeds but still dang hot.

No problem if you fill in a customs sticker at the post office! I suppose there will be a problem if you are sending large quantities. I've swapped with dozens of people in the states and never had a problem, and 50% posted without the customs sticker. If you want to give it a go let me know.

i`m from brazil and i change all the time pepper seeds with people that live in USA .. I posted them by mail and they posted to me by mail too...
