Today I scored on some growing herbs at Market Street (some of us may know that grocery store). But anyway, I got some Basil, Rosemary, Oragano, Mint, Lemon Basil, Marjoram, and some Tarragon. Tomarrow I'm to get some containers so I can get these guys planted in the greenhouse. While I was there I also got some growing lettuce. Growing meaning they have the roots and are supposed to be planted. Hopefully they will be big enough to plant in the garden next year.

Great find. They are always so nice to have for the fresh herbs if you cook with them. My greenhouse smells like rosemary all the time now, from having the plants started that I need for next springs herb fair. MMMM.

 I've been finding great buys on fresh potted herbs in the grocer too. I can't wait to see what I might find this week. My windowsill is getting crowded. Happy Cooking!
