A few years ago, before I retired, I had some pretty plants in my garden. I have forgotten the name of some of them, and would like to know if anyone can help identify this one.

Hi Emmett, It would help if we had a description of the plant or better yet, a picture.

The plant is pictured in Emmett's 'My Garden' if anyone would like to help him ID it.

Yep, Agastache or one of it's cultivars.

Agastache foeniculum (Anise Hyssop)

Agastache 'Blue Fortune' (Blue Fortune Anise Hyssop)

Thank you all for helping ID this plant. I don't know if it will grow here in East Texas, that picture is from Iowa a few years ago.

Now guys, I have another question. I added photos to my greenhouse blog, but thaty didn't come in on the blog. Their in the album part. I thought they would be with the article on building the houe, would be handy there, any suggestions?

Huh-Ho - also my avatar photo won't come in. I know I'm a pest, but still learning this site. Thanks to you all for your help.

When you make a regular or blog entry there will be right above the message block, Insert/Upload a Photo. That's how you get photos in a post or blog entry. When you use this method, your will choose the album the photo should be put in and it will automatically in put there too. Actually makes one less step doing it this way than putting them in an album first.

Since they are already in your album you can click on the photo in the album, scroll down and on the right hand side you will see the words Share This Photo. Highlight and Right click on the first block of code that is titled Forum Code (for forum posting) click on Copy. Then go to the blog entry or post you want the photo in and right click again then click on Paste.

For the Avatar, the photo has be a perfect square before it will be accepted. So when you are sizing it make sure that it is.

It will all come to be very routine for you soon, just takes a little practice Wink

Not slow, but if you are like me this is the first forum I have ever been on and the whole process takes some getting used to. But Frank has made it super easy to use. Wink

Paste won't show up unless you have copied first. Sounds like you a missing the Highlight then Copy step. I forgot to say Highlight by putting the cursor on the block of code, then left click, the line will turn blue, then right click and click on the word Copy in the block that shows up when you right click.

Then Paste will show up when you go to put the code in the message block.

Toni, don't know how I did it, but I got my avatar on. Now I'm going to see if I can put the greenhouse photos with the greenhouse blog. Thanks again.
