I would like to paint the walls in our mobile home. They have what appears to be wall paper on them, but, I'm not sure it is like traditional wall paper. I think it is actually the "wall". We had a pipe leak in our bathroom and I know I will never find the same pattern to match what is there.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Any ideas?

Thanks

Try a water based sealer like zinser 1-2-3.
