Plant with heart shaped, verigated leaves.

    This plant came up in one of my pots. It looks pretty, but leggy (probably not getting enough light). Before yanking it out, I wanted to see if this is anything I should try saving. Anybody know what this plant is?

    I would venture to guess a weed tree. Especially since it is in your rosemary pot. Look around and see if there are anymore in the flower beds. Most likely you will find more. I, myself, would just pull it and toss it. But I have no idea what it is, sorry. If you want to tend to it, water the rosemary and tease this out and transplant it into another pot for the time being.

    I agree ... maybe a Birch sapling? I would remove it from the Rosemary and put it in a pot of its own until you ID it.
