Sedum spectabile is what I would say it is. They come in shades of pink and white. Very attractive to Butterflies.
I was thinking your plant was sedum 'autumn joy'. Cpt Kirk posted this last fall http://www.gardenstew.com/viewtopic.php?t=23754&highlight= mine blooms earlier. Check out the flower/plant section too. Good luck
