I went out with my camera this morning to see if I could get a better pic of a Monarch with his wings spread, but they were more nervous than yesterday! But I did find this fellow nice and calm.



It's a Spice Bush Swallowtail.

What a coincidence!!! Bethie just posted a piccie of a Spice Bush Swallowtail caterpillar and now here's the adult!!! Mr. Green Fabulous insects aren't they and you can clearly see from your snap how it got its name can't you?
