    Hi!

A friend just gave me some seeds of a tiny campanula. I do not know the variety. she said she was given them from a friend living on the coast of Maine, and she collected them from the wild.

Here is my question: do I start the seeds now or wait to sow in spring? I live outside of Boston, MA, zone 6A. We probably have another 6 weeks or so of growing season before the first frost.

Years ago I planted a Campanula and whenever I want a new plant I walk around the yard till I find some. Depending on how many seeds you have I would split them. Sow some now as the seeds from this years flowers are dropping to the ground and then plant the rest in the spring, which, I believe is the recommended time.
