I went last year to and expo at fairgrounds in the winter.
This man had this cool demo of this glow in the dark type ceiling that when you turn the lights off it looks like stars, during the day it looks like regular paint.
I would love to figure a way out to do this just not sure how.. they charge over $500 for a small room..
This would be for the teen room and posibly our bedroom one day i start on that project.
I don't know if anyone's heard of this type of painting etc but we saw the demo.
It would be great if i could do something close to this...
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..thanks
Pj

Hiya,

I found a website that does glow in the dark stars and also one that does glow in the dark paint. Have a look and see if they are of any use to you. Very Happy

I would advise using the glow in the dark paint. I had the stars on my ceiling and they kept falling down. It was annoying especially when i tried to sleep. Also with the paint you can use a variety of stencils.

Thanks eileen I need that info too. I've wanted to do that in my daughter's room but wanted it to look really good. She's a dreamer and would really love to sit in the dark and think about stuff. I guess she got that from me!
