Do you remember way back when I asked for your advice on growing melons? Well, they grew okay, and just look at this amazing cantaloupe melon.

First time growing them on the allotment. To be honest, getting the darn things to germinate was the biggest problem. They seem a little fragile compared to pumpkins which seem tough as old boots! I have a few more on the vine, so we should be enjoying melons for a few more week!!

Oh boy EJ I wish I'd been there to have a taste. Looks soooooo much better than even the orgainic ones you buy in the shops. Is there anything that you can't grow? Scrub that - there isn't!!! Laughing Laughing
