What do you do when seeds don't sprout that you paid good money for? I've made two attemps so far with the same seeds and nothing has grown. All seeds are from same company. A well known company. :scheming:

I'd definitely contact them and do some complaining. Hopefully they'll make good and replace them or refund your money. And I'd also find another source for seeds.
So sorry hear about it... I know how frustrating it can be babying seeds and not have them sprout.

Donna, e-mail the company. They should have a record of your offer. Ask for refund (probably all their seed that failed you comes from the same source, so you'd just receive more bad seed.)
I no longer order from Burpee because of a similar experience a few years ago.
Sorry to hear your seeds failed. It happens to all of us (and in my case it often isn't the seeds' fault!)

Donna, I hate to say cut your losses, but it seems to be such a small amount of money to them, that as a consumer (you or me), they really don't care. I have a supplier that I had terrible germination of my geraniums this year and last year I had a totally wrong color for petunias..."Oh, let me credit you that" and I am still waiting for that. I got an invoice for the new packet of geranium seeds and no credit (I am still waiting) on the other variety....hmmm, I think next year I may as well go back to HPS for the bulk of my seeds, not to mention I found out they are owned by the dreaded "M" company.
What kind of seeds did you get, can I send you a few if I have the varieties? Let me know.

I ordered a Datura Ballerina collection from Pine tree a few years back. Not one seed grew. I contacted them and there service Department told me that I had messed up in sprouting them. This really ticked me off! I have been growing Datura for many years and never had 100 o/o failure. I let them know just what I thought of that. They returned my money and a apology for there service dept. rude remarks. I have not ordered from them sense.
