Sad My little Red pepper plant is dying.When my mother first got me the plant there where webs going across the bottom and the leaves where dark green and brittle,So I took them off and washed the plant with soapy water and repotted it. Now the new leaves growing in are looking like the ones i took off ? HELP???????????

Yes Yonni I think that Glendann is right. It sounds as though you have spider mites on your pepper plant i'm afraid. Sad Here's a website that tells you how to deal with the little horrors.

I think Glenndan hit the nail on the head Spider mites would be my guess also.
