My squash is growing more slowly since it is cool at night so I don't pick it as often. Yesterday, I got a whole basket. I picked up a preserving book at the library last night. I am going to try for jam. Dooley

Good harvest.I don't do any jarring my mom and aunts always did.Its getting cooler here and things are slowing down except the grass and weeds.

I remember my mom making a zucchini jelly when I was a kid. I think it had koolaid in it. (She might have said that so we would eat it Laughing ) I have a recipe for chocolate zucchini cake if you're interested
