What's the most flavorful, pungent bunching onion or chives?

    Or scallions.

I have Evergreen Hardy White (Allium fistulosum) and it's mild.

I've recently watched YouTube videos about Wild Ramps, but haven't yet found them where I live.

I did, however, find a wild onion (or garlic?) growing out of the concrete. It was kind of curly, with bulblets at the top, not seeds, and it was way stronger in flavor. I am hoping to collect and save the seeds from it. But I'm looking for something I can also order from Johnny's or some other place.

The wild plant was very strongly flavored, but didn't seem to yield much.
