I had some minced beef, some courgettes, tomatos and onions from the allotment and a couple of large patty pan squash, so I cut the lids off, removed the pips and pith, cooked up they meat with the veggies and a couple of fresh chillis which had ripened in the greenhouse, and packed the squash full! Having them with rice. YUMYUM!

We had soft shell tacos. I made a double batch. When my son has the 2 to 11 shift, he will usually have a couple of those. A soft shell is a tortlia and you wrap the taco meat lettuse cheese and tomato in it. The shell dosn't fly all over the place when you bite it.

Well, for tonight I am fixing a meatloaf, with boiled potatos and cole slaw. My son dosn't care for any of that, so we normally have it when he has to work late. Tonight he works until 11 pm.
