I have been crosstitching for about 20 years now and noticed in the past year of having trouble seeing to stitch. Well, went to the eye doctor and the result was bifocals. I came home with the new glasses today and I can actually see the material so I am crosstitching again! I am so happy. Stitching is my favorite winter past time since I cant be out gardening.

Happy Gardening! (and stitching)

Bifocals - a wonderful invention. I have worn them for years. Glad you are back stitching again.

I will have to bring out the digital camara. I do have 3 pieces that I am very proud of.... The Last Supper (which took about 3 years), a South Carolina home on Raibow street (all about flowers) and my latest for hubby a tiger pic. I am finally working on a project for me which is a Garden Angel. Been workig on that for about a year now.

It happens to us all sooner or later. I tell everyone I am glad I lived long enough to need glasses.
