I have some daffodils that have been in the ground awhile and they are multiplying but not blooming. I want to move them to a better location but they have already started coming up. If I dig a lot of dirt with them will it be ok to move them now?

Shouldn't be any problem with moving them now I shouldn't imagine. This is the time of year here in Scotland that I start moving stuff around in the garden.

I've moved some when they already had their tips growing and they seemed to take it pretty well. Here's to more blooms!
